"We've seen a big difference in Plant Performance™ with the corn treated with Quadris® fungicide at V5 compared to the untreated corn. The stalk quality of the Quadris-treated corn was much better, which is going to make a big difference this year in harvestability. In the V5 corn, the stalk rots and diseases are not there. This year's been a very stressful growing season. We've had a lot of excess rainfall and nitrogen loss, and applying at the V5 growth stage has helped the corn get through some of these stresses. What's also nice about applying an early application of Quadris is it sets up nicely timing-wise with a second herbicide application for a two-pass program."
